Navigating zone - open seas with moving off from the place of refuge up to 200 miles, with permissible distance between two places of refuge up to 400 miles, and also closed seas.
According to the ice-class is permitted sailing after an icebreaker in small particles of open pack ice in light ice conditions.
Staff number for work in 3 shifts is 4 persons.
